Tico URL is built for productivity and sharing. You agree NOT to use our service to shorten links that lead to:

• Hate speech or illegal content.
• Spamming or deceptive marketing.

Note: We reserve the right to disable any link that violates these terms without prior notice.

3. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime (we want those links to work fast!), Tico URL is provided "as is." As a project born from a personal need, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free forever. Use it for your projects, but always have a backup!

4. Limitation of Liability

Tico URL and its creator shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our shortened links. You are responsible for the destination of the URLs you shorten.

5. Changes to Terms

We might update these terms as Tico URL grows. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site means you accept the new "tico" rules.
